We take care of the customer at all stages of the laundry process.

  • Pre-Start: Our dedicated client personnel meet to explain laundry procedures, understanding a customer’s bespoke requirements and then agree on service levels. We then carry out Delivery Risk Assessment and train our delivery team on the client’s logistics.
  • Start: First delivery of the items to the client is accompanied by the Assistant Service Manager in order to ensure that all customer’s needs and requirement are matching their expectations.
  • Post-Start:
    • 24/7 customer support
    • Customer Service Team Member visits direct to customers for feedback
    • Customer Service Assessments are completed on a regular basis
